Honiara City Council (HCC) Mayor Eddie Siapu has expressed his gratitude to the Pacific Technical Advisory team from New Zealand during the debriefing with the team at the HCC Chamber today 16th of August 2024 and acknowledges Pacific TA for delivering an exceptional two-day workshop-focused on the proposed HCC Corporate Plan.
Mayor Siapu highlighted the significance of the workshop in enhancing the council’s strategic planning and operational efficiency.
The training which involved councilors, HCC heads of division, and officials, aimed at strengthening governance and aligning the city’s development initiatives with best practices.
Mayor Siapu acknowledged the team’s expertise and the value their insights brought to the council’s ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and urban management in Honiara.
